Female soldiers say it's time people put aside traditional ideas about their place in combat. Oklahoma lost its first female soldier in combat earlier this month.

The U.S. Army and Marines traditionally don't allow women to serve in front-line combat roles.

But in wars such as those in Iraq and Afghanistan, there are no front lines. The recent death of Spc. Sarina Butcher, 19, of Checotah, should serve as a reminder that traditional concepts of women in combat are no more, said female soldiers serving in Afghanistan and the state's first female Air National Guard commander.

Butcher, 19, is the first female member of the Oklahoma National Guard to die in war. She and another soldier, Sgt. Christopher Gailey, 26, of Ochelata, died Nov. 1 after their vehicle was hit with a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.

Part 1:

Bm and akshara thinking whether they will get the house or not... jst den G3 comes n says that they have seen 3 houses but didn't liked any but naitik liked all... she says that some house does have fresh air... n some house has some other problems... all 3 r worried abt the house...

In ofc, Mohit comes to meet naitik... Naitik says G3 didn't liked any of the houses... mohith says its ok he'll search moree... naitik says sorry... mohit says its ok...

@Maheswaries,RJ says to vishambar dat it will be good if they celebrate ananya's bday simple... Vish also agrees with that n thinks of calling only singhania's, rashmi's n nandini's sasural n varsha's mom and then cancel all the remaining people... G3, BM, akshara, RB n DJ comes n over hears dis... maheswaries also observes dem n gets shocked... singhania's give a sad look...

DJ comes n says though ananya will celebrate many more bday's in future but first will be always first... it has very different feeling... in life first exam, first salary, first child n child's first bday always have special place which is remembered through out life... he says to vish that it is big thing considering them but he says to celebrate the ananya's bday according to their plans n shouldn't stop for them... vish accepts it... all r very happy...

The Marines at Camp Lejeune have a new state-of-the-art facility in North Carolina that goes to great lengths to make soldiers feel like they are on other side of the planet. A 32,000-square-foot warehouse is filled the aromas of roasting meat and cedar; a walkway of made of dirt and gravel -- even faux roadside bombs which can be detonated at a misstep. Afghan natives wait inside for the Marines during every training run.

"Before they come in here they are not sure what to expect and they don't really know what it is," said the infantry immersion trainer site lead Vince Soto. "After they go through it, it is usually -- wow."
